After 1 month placing the order, called and informed the product is not available which cannot be accepted. It could ha e informed at least within the 1st week. And if the stock is not available how that went through the online portal. Poor communication. I would not recommend anybody to buy FOA via online portal and the customer service. And the order was to pickup from the store. But I was not informed at anypoint that pickup location is closed for couple of weeks during the Christmas holiday. I tried to contact via phone but failed and visited site and then only came to know the situation. These should be pre informed I think. Finally I had to get size 41 instead of 42 which is not that comfortable. Overall experience is terrible.
