2. Refunds for Manufacturing Defects Only  

Refunds are issued only if an item has a verified manufacturing defect. If you believe your item is defective, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order with photographs and a description of the defect.

 

3. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items  

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  - Bodysuits

 

4. Sale or Promotional Items

Please note that items purchased on sale or during promotions are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

 

5. Condition of Returned Items  

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items that appear worn, used, altered, or without tags will not qualify for a return or exchange.

 

6. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is being returned due to a manufacturing defect.
