Terms and Conditions
Freedom Over Anything PVT LTD. maintains the internet portal www.foaclothing.com, a fashion online store. On foaclothing.com customers will be offered goods. The offering on this site is only directed at end users of legal age. Goods will only be sold in normal household quantities. These terms and conditions find application in all contracts which members enter into via foaclothing.com as well as all general business relationships between Freedom Over Anything and its customers. We do not accept any other terms and conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise. If periods are stated in working days, these include all weekdays except Saturday and Sunday and all statutory holidays.
USE OF FOACLOTHING.COM
- As part of the registration as a customer of you will be asked to submit personal data. You are responsible for ensuring that the data is complete and correct. After you have completed the registration process, you will receive a confirmation of your registration by email. To facilitate access to the online service on foaclothing.com, you will receive a password. You are obliged to treat this password and any other access data confidential and protected from access by unauthorized third parties.
- In the password protected area you can access your recently shipped and/or completed orders. In this area you can also change, administer and save your own data and potential subscriptions of newsletters.
PRICES AND SHIPPING FEES
- For orders the prices which are listed at the time of your order on the product page apply. These prices are exclusive of taxes and the final price (inclusive of taxes) are shown in the shopping cart page.
- We accept various credit cards, e.g. Visa, American Express, Master and will charge the invoice to your credit card immediately after receipt and dispatch of the order.
VOUCHERS
- Vouchers are only valid for the period announced at issue or a maximum of 1 year from the time of issuance. An extension or a transfer to another user/ customer is not possible.
- Vouchers are non-transferable.
- Vouchers cannot be deducted from shipping costs, if applicable.
1. Dispatch Period - During Sales Period
- Due to exceptionally high order volumes, all orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once your order enters the processing stage, you will receive an email notification confirming that your order is being prepared.
From the time of this notification, please allow approximately 5 working days for your order to be dispatched.
Early orders will be dispatched within the first week, while orders placed later during the sale may take up to 4–6 weeks to be fulfilled.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through each batch of orders with care. - Orders placed during normal sales periods will be delivered within 3–5 working days.
2. No Special Requests or Modifications
- Orders are processed exactly as received.
We are unable to accommodate special requests or modifications once an order has been placed (e.g., size changes, address updates, or custom notes).
3. Final Sale on Discounted Items
- All items purchased during the sale or promotional period are considered final sale.
These items are not eligible for exchange, returns, or refunds unless an item is damaged or unavailable before dispatch.
4. Availability and Refunds
- In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable or is found to be damaged prior to dispatch, a full refund will be issued for the affected item(s).
Refunds will take 4–5 working days to reflect in your account from the date the refund is approved.
